Ingredients

  • 1 lbs farmers cheese
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 tbsps sugar
  • 2 tbsps sour cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • salt

Instructions

  • Using an electric mixer, combine and mix all ingredients together until smooth and fluffy.
  • Fill crepes with cheese filling and bake covered for 30 minutes at 325°.
