- 1 medium mixing bowl
Ingredients
- 1 lbs farmers cheese
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tbsps sugar
- 2 tbsps sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- salt
Instructions
- Using an electric mixer, combine and mix all ingredients together until smooth and fluffy.
- Fill crepes with cheese filling and bake covered for 30 minutes at 325°.
