Ingredients

Espresso Martini Pudding Mix

  • 1 3.9 oz chocolate pudding mix
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup vodka
  • 1/4 cup coffee liqueur
  • 2 tbsps instant espresso
  • 1.5 cups whipped cream

Trifle

  • Espresso Martini pudding mix
  • 1.5 cups whipped cream
  • 1 box brownie mix prepared & sliced into cubes
  • 1 box chocolate cake mix prepared & sliced into cubes
  • whipped cream for topping
  • espresso beans for topping
  • chocolate shavings for topping

Instructions

  • Combine 1 3.9 oz chocolate pudding mix, 3/4 cup milk, 1/4 cup coffee liqueur, 1/2 cup vodka, and 2 tbsps instant espresso in a bowl.
  • Fold in 1.5 cups whipped cream.
  • Add layers of prepared 1 box chocolate cake mix, Espresso Martini pudding mix, 1 box brownie mix, and 1.5 cups whipped cream into a trifle bowl.
  • Garnish with whipped cream, espresso beans, and chocolate shavings.
  • Serve and enjoy.
